  • 1 c honey
  • 2 habanero peppers sliced


  • In a clean jar, add the honey and pepper slices. Place in the fridge for a few hours but overnight releases the most heat. Strain peppers and use the honey as desired. 


The honey will keep for up to 3 months in a clean lidded jar in the fridge.
