Ingredients

  • 14 oz smoked sausage rope sliced and quarters
  • 20 oz diced unseasoned potatoes prepackaged
  • 1 c diced onion
  • 1 small green onion chopped
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tap garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl blend together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Layer the potatoes, green pepper, and onion on sheet pan. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the potatoes and onion mix. Pour the olive oil over and toss coat evenly. Layer the sausage evenly over the potatoes.
  • Bake for 20-24 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the sausage is crisp.
