  • 1 c long grain rice I use quick cook jasmine rice
  • 2 c water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp cilantro minced
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp kosher salt


  • Add dry uncooked rice, lime juice, coriander, and salt to a microwave safe dish. Pour in the water and cook rice according to package directions. About 15-17 minutes.
