Ingredients

  • 2/3 c almond milk
  • 1/2 c mashed sweet potato frozen*
  • 1/4 c 0% yogurt
  • 2 tbsp date paste
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

You can use ice instead of frozen sweet potatoes; just use freshly mashed cooked sweet potato.
