Ingredients

  • 3 c quick cook oats
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 c peaches defrosted and cubed
  • 2 c blueberries frozen
  • 1 1/3 c milk
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a large mixing bowl toss together oats, salt, and baking powder
  • In a small mixing bowl beat together melted butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and milk
  • Pour wet mixture over dry mix and stir well
  • Add both fruits and stir in well
  • Bake for 45 min to 1 hour
