1clong grain rice I use quick cook jasmine rice
1handful cilantro leaves
Add dry uncooked rice, lime juice, coriander, and salt to a microwave-safe dish. Pour in the water and cook rice according to package directions; bout 17 minutes. Remove the dish from the microwave and stir in the cilantro leaves.
In a skillet or pot, add the rice, lime juices, salt, and dried coriander. Stir in the water and turn the flame to medium. Bring the pot to a boil then turn the flame to low. Cover the pan to cook for 15 minutes or according to the package directions. Fluff the rice and stir in the cilantro leaves.
