Chocolate Chip Pecan Blondie Brownies
Chocolate Chunk Pecan Blondies —gooey blonde brownies loaded with pecans and chocolate chunks with a chewy center and crispy edges.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour (180 grams)
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- ½ c pecans pieces more if you'd like
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl add the melted butter, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla, beat until creamy and smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans. Add the flour and blend fully.
- Line a 10x6 brownie pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the lined pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.*
Notes
*The toothpick will likely have melted chocolate on it but the blondie batter should have a little crumb to it.
