Ingredients
1lbsalmon4-4 oz fillets
4cgreen beansdefrosted or vegetable of choice
4tbsplow sodium soy sauce
2tbsphoney
2tspsesame seedsplus more to garnish
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspginger powder
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4tspwhite pepper
1/4tspred pepper flakes optional
Kosher salt
Canola oil spray
Instructions
In a mixing bowl whisk together the soy sauce, honey, canola oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
Spread out 4 12" x 11" foil sheets on a baking sheet. Spray the fillets and green beans with cooking spray and season to taste with salt. Divide and center the cut green beans between the foil sheet. Place a salmon fillet on top of the green beans.
Pour the sauce onto each piece of fish and seal the foil tightly.
Oven option
Preheat the oven to 425-degrees. Line the packets on a baking sheet. Bake for 14-18 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the packets to cool for 5 minutes before opening.
Air fryer option
Place the tightly wrapped packets into the air fryer. Turn the unit on the 390-degrees or use the fish steering on some models. Set the time for 12 minutes. Rest for about 5 minutes before opening the packets.
