Brown Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c all purpose flour
- 3/4 c butter melted
- 3/4 c chocolate chips
- 1/2 c light brown sugar
- 1/3 c dark brown sugar
- 1 lg egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add melted butter and both sugars, beat together until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla, and salt and whisk until smooth. Follow with the chocolate chips. Sprinkle the flour over the top of the batter then the baking soda and fold it in well forming a dough. Drop spoonfuls of dough into a cookies sheet and bake for 11 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Makes about 2 dozen.
