Easy Air Fryer Garlic Croutons —one loaf of quality French bread cubes tossed in a garlicky spice blend and crisped in the air fryer.

The air fryer has become the most recent champion of healthier recipes. It’s a convenient appliance for making crispy products with less added fats. These Air Fryer Garlic Croutons will rival any store bought crouton in crunch and taste.

Benefits of making croutons in the air fryer

The purpose of air frying is to use the least amount of added fat to crisp food as possible. With the air fryer, these delicious crispy garlic croutons use the tiniest bit of olive oil spray verses tons of butter and oil in traditional recipes. And the amount of time saved is a hefty bonus.

Croutons are typically made from “day-old” crusty bread but can be made from less crusty bread or even quick bread such as biscuits or cornbread. They can be made into small cubed shapes or larger slices. I’m using a fresh loaf of French Bread and making these into smaller cubes but feel free to make to your preference.
