Creole Butter Wings —oven baked whole chicken wings seasoned with a flavorful creole seasoning blend and salty butter.

wings and dip with carrot and lemons

Wings are the absolute best party food hands down. From baked naked wings to hot saucy deep fried, I love all kinds of wings. Creole Butter Wings are high on my top five all-time faves! These wings are impeccably seasoned with a mixture of salted butter, homemade Creole Seasoning blend, garlic powder, and a little savoriness from worcestershire sauce. The wings are baked with high heat for that bomb sticky crispy skin.

This recipe is incredibly simple using only a 5 ingredients:
Chicken Wings– I’m using whole wings but you can certainly use sections.
Salted butter
Worcestershire sauce
Creole spice– Use your favorite blend or try my homemade Creole Seasoning.
Garlic powder
Baking sheet with rack

Prepare the chicken

To prepare the wings, you will need to rinse and pat them dry. For more flavorful chicken, consider brining the wings before cooking them. Chicken wings taste best when they have been brined prior to cooking. For these wings, I suggest using a wet brine of lemon and salt. You can find detailed instructions and exact measurements in my post for Lemon Pepper Wings.
