Parmesan garlic white pizza sauce
New York-style pizza dough

Plum tomatoes– You can certainly use fresh tomato but I was able to use up leftover canned tomatoes from a quick Greek Pasta Salad and it was just as delicious.

Instructions

After rolling the pizza dough, spread a generous amount of white pizza sauce.
Top the sauce with the tomato and fresh baby spinach leaves followed by the grated mozzarella.

Bake at 475° in a preheated oven for 11-13 minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes if you can handle the heat! Otherwise, try my delicious Homemade Pizza Seasoning.

How to store and reheat leftover pizza

Place the cooled slices in a zip-lock bag and store in the fridge. To reheat, place the slices on a baking sheet and heat in a 375° preheated oven for 6-8 minutes.
